What: Annapolis Junior Rowing Association (AJR) Fall Season is open to all male and female athletes in 8th through 12th grade. AJR’s focus is sweep rowing, primarily in 8+s, although we also train and race in 4+s. Fall practices will consist of workouts on the water and some erg training. Athletes will build strength and endurance while learning technique and teamwork.

Regular practice times are Monday through Thursday afternoons (exact times and whether or not we practice on Fridays and/or some Sundays when we are not racing TBD). Regattas are always held on weekends.
